The Labyrinth

This logo shows the ongoing journey inward and back out. The significance of this about my work is represented in this image. The flower in the centre represents the true essence of self - the reward for taking the long path inside.

My philosophy is that each time we go inward to find our answers - we can access and express more of our true selves. When we do that we see grand shifts in our day-to-day and those around us.

Pairing holistic therapies with flower essences creates such a powerful and beautiful support on this journey. This journey inward is not always a conscious choice but sometimes something we are catapulted into without warning.

My entire practice is based around nurturing and supporting with nutrients in all forms to teach tools and ways in which to tend to self from a consciously loving place.
