Integrative Healing Session

First time client session is about 1.5-2 hours where we do a short intake, table work tending to the body, mind with an integration of reiki, sound, somatic bodywork and craniosacral. When the table work is complete we will round out the session with some grounding and practices to do on your own to begin to integrate the experience. These are deep sessions that cover a lot and for those who are ready to deepen their healing experience.

This includes a 30 min virtual follow up session where we check in on the integration of the session.

These sessions are for those who just need a little boost along their way. Regular energetic hygiene and a recalibrating of the nervous system to restore a sense of balance and clarity. Anyone can book these sessions, including first time clients.
