She Oak Flower Essences

meeting the FLOWERs as teachers and guides

Each flower, unique and beautiful, is a teacher. They reveal the beauty in you and reconnect you to your natural state when you develop a relationship and work with them. Every flower of She Oak Healing, has a beautiful story. Before they are collected and bottled they work with Teesha (owner and advocate of the natural world). They slowly invite her in to their world and begin to reveal all of the aspects of how they will help support humanity with their aches and pains. Because she is in tune with them, she is able to understand their power and message.

They begin to learn one another with love and respect - just as they will with you. The journey that may unfold for you, is one that will create a deeper connection with not only your own natural rhythms, but the rhythms of Earth. You will inevitably arrive at consciousness you have not yet experienced. The best way to work with the flowers is on a continued basis as once you feel the beauty they offer in personal growth and awareness, you will never want to be without their support. They are the most beautiful creatures on this earth. They are here to enjoy. Their medicine is light and lovely, but create deep shifts in the mental and emotional patterns that have emerged from our human wounding. Each flower has a practice and ritual to amplify it’s potent healing effect.

Flower Essence Education

What are flower essences?

Flower essences are gentle yet powerful vibrational remedies derived from the blossoms of plants. They are used to support emotional well-being, facilitating a deeper connection with oneself and promoting healing on various levels. By capturing the energetic imprint of flowers, these essences can help to address emotional blockages, enhance self-awareness, and foster a sense of peace. By experiencing and expressing the emotions that have been backlogged in the body. By moving our emotions, we have a greater chance to have less physical manifestations of disease. Always do your own research on Flower Essences, one of the main goals of our work is that you trust yourself first.

Choose your essence with an open heart and mind

When working with flower essences, it's essential to approach them with an open mind and a willingness to explore your emotional landscape. Begin by selecting the essence that resonates most with your current feelings or challenges. Remember that this is a personal journey; trust your intuition in choosing what feels right for you.

Once you have chosen your flower essence, you can take it in various ways, such as…

  • Add a few drops to water or a complimentary tea.

  • Place 7 drops directly under your tongue.

  • Add it to your tub.

  • Add to a spray bottle with water and witch hazel to use in the home.

Whatever way you choose to incorporate it into your self-care routine, Consistency is key; consider taking the essence regularly to allow its effects to unfold over time.

Additionally, keep a journal to document your thoughts and feelings as you work with the essences. This practice can help you gain insights and track any shifts in your emotional state. Flower essences can be used alongside other healing modalities, such as massage therapy or Reiki, to enhance the overall effect of your healing journey.

Line up support for the process

It is always advisable to line up support that is in alignment with what you are working through as the flowers can sometimes dislodge old wounds and create emotional upheaval. This is a positive thing because repressing emotional expression can create sickness in the mind, body and spirit.

Some things that could support your work with a flower essence include but are not limited to…

  • Meditation & personal practices

  • Regular Massage/Somatic Bodywork

  • Reiki with a trusted practitioner

  • Acupuncture

  • Talk Therapy

  • Lining up some things that comfort you.

  • Having a plan for becoming triggered or when an emotional release occurs unexpectedly.

  • Setting intentions for the process.

  • Affirmations

  • Healthy Food

  • Eliminate or cut back on Alcohol, Recreational Drugs, Social Media and unhealthy foods.

ALWAYS REMEMBER to approach flower essences as a supplement to, not a substitute for, professional emotional or mental health support. They can be an invaluable tool in your self-care arsenal, helping to cultivate a deeper understanding of your emotions and promoting a greater sense of balance and harmony in your life.
