What to Expect

We will begin pretty promptly at 9 with a sharing circle and a relaxation practice to get everyone feeling safe and comfortable with each other. Drop off can happen as early as 8:45am.

From there we will get onto the trail and do some activities in nature.

We will come back and do a craft, snack, and then a game where we learn to work as a group and move our bodies.

At the end they will have free time to finish their craft, play and then we will close out with a guided relaxation to slow everything down and anchor in the experience before heading home.

What to bring:

A small bag with a water bottle

Beach towel to sit on if desired

Snack

Bug spray and sunscreen (You can apply this to your child ahead of time if they cannot apply themselves)

Hat if desired.

I will have a cooler with ice everyday and have extra snacks and water to refill. Please be sure that any allergy/food intolerances are communicated.

We will meet rain or shine, so, bring appropriate clothes for rain if needed. If there is lightning we will cancel and have potential make up dates.

About your hosts:

This event is so dear to my heart as this will be the first co-hosted event with my daughter Ada. She is a bright, creative creature who loves to craft, explore nature and have fun with friends. Teesha, owner of She Oak Healing, has 20 years of experience in holistic practices in a variety of modalities. Her work consists of meeting people where they are at and teaching practical tools to support them through their life experience. Together they are so excited to combine these skills in a light and fun way.

Your children will have such a great time in our care and we look so forward to have a great time with them.
